Personally, I enjoyed the first hour of the movie; the early deaths and Ghostface’s attacks are excellent, very well directed with plenty of tension and suspense. However, everything happens so quickly toward the end that I didn’t enjoy it as much as I should have. But you’re right—Scream has something special that always makes its movies enjoyable.
