Hoy les quiero hablar de un drama que no es apto para aquellas personas que son sensibles a las tramas sangrientas, pues ser铆a un trauma, quien escribe es sensible a este tipo de tramas, pero comenc茅 a verla sin saber que ser铆a tan cruda, sin embargo est谩 s茅rie es tan atrapante y est谩 tan bien hecha que con miedo y todo no puede evitar ver los 8 capitulos y menos mal que son solo 8 馃き pero ojo, 馃憖 toca temas tan importantes para reflexionar que es por eso que hoy por medio de esta rese帽a les recomiend贸 que la vean.

Death's Game es un drama basado en el webtoon del mismo nombre, que sigue la historia de Choi Yi Jae(Seo In Guk) un hombre que tras no conseguir trabajo, perder sus ahorros en una estafa y adem谩s ser desalojado del lugar en el que viv铆a (por no tener dinero para pagar) toma la decisi贸n de terminar con su novia y suicidarse. La muerte(park So Dam) al sentirse burlada, pues solo ella puede quitar la vida, decide castigarlo con un juego que consiste en experimentar la muerte 12 veces, s铆 logra evitar la muerte de alguna de esas 12 personas en las que reencarnar谩, entonces gana el juego y recibe una segunda oportunidad de vivir.

Lo que la muerte pretende con este castigo es ense帽arle a Yi Jae el error que cometi贸 al quitarse la vida, el no logra entender que fue lo que hizo tan mal para merecer ese castigo a lo que la muerte le responde "viniste a mi en vez de dejar que yo fuese por t铆" el sigue insistiendo en que no hizo nada malo ya que seg煤n 茅l no le hizo da帽o a nadie y conforme va experimentando la muerte en cada reencarnaci贸n entiende el gran da帽o que le hizo a sus queridos con esa acci贸n, este me parece un punto importantisimo de tocar ya que muchas veces los sobrevivientes al suicidio (los familiares del suicida) quedan llenos de dolor y culpa, sienten que pudieron haber hecho algo para evitarlo y muchas veces es un dolor que jam谩s se supera.

Hace poco v铆 "Heavenly Ever After" (tambi茅n hice una rese帽a)este drama se centro en la vida despu茅s de la muerte, pero algo con lo que no estuve de acuerdo es que incluso las personas que se suicidaron iban al cielo mostrando as铆 el suicidio como algo que no est谩 mal, en un pa铆s como Corea del Sur que tiene la tasa m谩s alta de suicidios no parece la forma correcta de abordar el tema, por eso me gust贸 mucho la forma en que Death's Game aborda este tema para crear conciencia, incluso la muerte le dice a Yi Jae que vivir siempre es mejor que el infierno, a lo que el responde que vivir es igual que el infierno, para luego darse cuenta de que estaba equivocado.
I recently watched "Heavenly Ever After" (I also did a review)this drama focuses on life after death, but one thing I disagreed with is that even the people who committed suicide were going to heaven thus showing suicide as something that is not wrong, in a country like South Korea which has the highest suicide rate it doesn't seem like the right way to approach the topic, that's why I really liked the way Death's Game tackles this topic to raise awareness, even death tells Yi Jae that living is always better than hell, to which he replies that living is just like hell, only to realize later that he was wrong.
El mes pasado estuve en una charla contra el suicidio me gust贸 haber ido, all铆 entend铆 muchas cosas que antes no sab铆a c贸mo por ejemplo que las personas que recurren al suicidio lo hacen porque pierden la esperanza y eso es justamente lo que le pas贸 a nuestro protagonista lleg贸 un momento de su vida en el que se sent铆o sin esperanzas de salir adelante, pero luego por medio de una de sus reencarnaciones entiende que su situaci贸n no eran tan mala que s铆 ten铆a m谩s opciones y se arrepiente de haber tomado esa fat铆dica decisi贸n.

Me traumo un poco este drama s铆, pero es sin duda un drama muy bien hecho, no es para nada predecible as铆 que cada cap铆tulo es una sorpresa que te hace quedarte enganchado, sin escenas de relleno, sin vac铆os, pues se encarga de explicarte con detalles cada situaci贸n de modo que entiendas todo sin sentir que te saltaste una parte. Algo que no pod铆a evitar era preguntarme en cada reencarnaci贸n como har铆a para evitar la muerte y esa era una de las cosas que me mantuvo emocionada y enganchada.
I was a bit traumatized by this drama yes, but it is without a doubt a very well done drama, it is not at all predictable so each chapter is a surprise that makes you stay hooked, no filler scenes, no gaps, because it takes care of explaining in detail each situation so that you understand everything without feeling like you skipped a part. Something I couldn't help but wonder at each reincarnation how I would avoid death and that was one of the things that kept me excited and hooked.
Tiene un elenco de lujo, de verdad los actores estuvieron todos maravillosos, 馃憦馃徎馃グ desde los protagonistas hasta los que interpretaron a cada una de las reencarnaciones, sus actuaciones fueron 20/10 es que parece que a prop贸sito reunieron a muchos de los mejores actores de Corea del Sur para esta mini serie, que pesar de ser tan corta tiene mucha m谩s sustancia y esencia que algunos dramas de 16 episodios.
It has a deluxe cast, truly the actors were all wonderful, 馃憦馃徎馃グ from the main characters to those who played each of the reincarnations, their performances were 20/10 is that it seems that they purposely gathered many of the best actors in South Korea for this mini series, which despite being so short has much more substance and essence than some 16 episode dramas.
