Hello, hello members of this community and other communities I hope you are very well today; I'm not really a horror movie lover but my post is about Renfield (Nicholas Hoult) the vampire's assistant I want to point out that I decided to see this movie because I like vampire movies and I also know that the actor who plays Dracula is Nicolas Cage.
In this case Renfield is Dracula's assistant or his servant for decades but he is not just any servant his master gave him power; whose power is based on eating insects to become strong one of his main functions is to feed Dracula but of good people so Renfield (Nicholas Hoult) wants to get out of this codependence towards his master and he gets involved in trouble with the wolves a local criminal network for saving good people when Dracula finds out about this he gets very upset and seeks revenge against his assistant.
Review
Going into my review the plot of this film how I said at the beginning this movie is horror and for over 18 years of age, in my opinion I would say that it is an acceptable horror I thought it could be more terrifying for this was like to the expectation that in some scene I could see screaming hehe but it was not so, if it is bloody typical of horror movies and also has action scenes but the plot tells more of Renfield's life (Nicholas Hoult) so Dracula as such is not the central theme. I wanted to see more acting from Dracula (Nicholas Cage) I was expecting more suspense in the movie.
Regarding the visual line I can say that the special effects are good in the magical powers of Dracula (Nicolas Cage), but I find them a little exaggerated in the fights of Rendield (Nicholas Hoult) but I consider that they would be normal in the bloodthirsty approach I did not call my attention to the environments but they should be well in relation to the dark life of Dracula.
As for the scene that made me most uncomfortable and that I consider the most frightening is when Dracula comes out very deformed due to lack of food ie the human blood of good people this Dracula is selective and the great thing in this movie is that the blood of Dracula can cure others something innovative, Another innovation is that to destroy this Dracula is not needed a lot of garlic, or crosses, or wooden stakes, here only cocaine powder, holy water and any sharp object I think this was the scene where there was some comedy.
I have seen Dracula movies but with other stories, however the cinema evolves every time and we the spectators must adapt and surely the next movies will be a Dracula updated to the modern world.
I think horror movie fans and Dracula fans may have better opinions and another rating; as for my rating I give the movie three stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐.

Hola, hola miembros de está comunidad y demás comunidades espero se encuentren muy bien el día de hoy ; En realidad no soy muy amante de las películas de terror pero mi post trata de Renfield ( Nicholas Hoult)asistente del vampiro quiero acotar que decidí ver está película porque me gustan las películas de vampiros además de saber que el actor quién interpreta a Drácula es Nicolás Cage.
En este caso Renfield es el asistente de Drácula o lo mismo su sirviente por décadas pero no es un sirviente cualquiera su amo le dió poder; cuyo poder se basa en comer insectos para volverse fuerte una de sus funciones principales es alimentar a Drácula pero de personas buenas entré tanto Renfield( Nicholas Hoult)quiero salir de esa codependencia hacia su amo además se ve envuelto en problemas con los lobos una red criminal local por salvar a personas buenas cuando Drácula se entera de ésto se molestaba mucho y busca venganza contra su asistente.
Reseña
Entrando en mi reseña la trama de este filmé cómo dije al principio está película es de terror y para mayores de 18 años de edad, en mi opinión yo diría que es un terror aceptable yo pensé que podría ser más terrorífica por esto estába como a la expectativa que en alguna escena yo podría a ver gritado jeje pero no fue así, si es sanguinaria propia de las películas de terror y también tiene escenas de accion pero la trama cuenta más de la vida Renfield ( Nicholas Hoult)por lo que Drácula como tal no es el tema central. Quise ver más actuación de Drácula (Nicolás Cage) yo esperaba más suspenso en la película.
Con respecto a la línea visual puedo decir que los efectos especiales son buenos en los poderes mágicos de Drácula( Nicolás Cage), pero me parecen un poco exagerados en las peleas de Rendield ( Nicholas Hoult) pero considero que serían normales en el enfoque sanguinario no me llamo la atención los ambientes pero deben estar bien en relacion con la vida oscura de Drácula.
En cuanto a la escena que más me incómodo y que considero de más espantosa es cuando Drácula sale muy deforme debido a la falta de alimentación es decir la sangre humana de las personas buenas este Drácula es selectivo y lo genial en esta película es que la sangre de Drácula puede curar a los demás algo innovador, otra innovación es que para destruir a este Drácula no se necesitan un montón de ajos, ni cruces, ni estacas de madera, acá tan solo que se usó polvo de cocaína, agua bendita y cualquier objeto afilado creo que está fue la escena dónde hubo algo de comedia.
He visto películas de Drácula pero con otras historias sin embargo el cine evoluciona cada vez y los espectadores debemos adaptarnos y seguramente las próximas películas serán un Drácula actualizado al mundo moderno.
Creo que los fans de películas de terror y los fans de Drácula puedan tener mejores opiniones y otra calificación; en cuanto a mi calificación le doy tres estrellas a la película ⭐⭐⭐
