Bienvenidos a un nuevo post para los amantes del cine y de las series, hoy les traigo “En el barro. Temporada 2", donde la historia llega a su fin, o eso nos dejaron entendido. En esta temporada pasan muchas cosas que me llamaron mucho la atención, y creo que la temporada uno fue un poco mejor en la idea de la trama, a continuación les dejo el link de Netflix para que vayan a verla
Welcome to a new post for movie and TV series lovers! Today I'm bringing you "In the Mud: Season 2," where the story comes to an end, or so we were led to believe. Many things happen in this season that really caught my attention, and I think season one was a bit better in terms of plot. Below is the Netflix link so you can go watch it.

En primera vista empezaba interesante, pero poco a poco se fue descomprimiendo en la trama e intentando agregar algunos episodios o "dificultades" entre los personajes que no dan de la importancia del echo, como problematicas absurdar, donde se ven cosas mucho mas atroses diariamente. Aque vemos la pasividad de los policias carceleros que, si bien seguramente existan algunos, la gran mayoria son parte de la encrucijada de delincuencia que ahi dentro se vive, a comparacion (que quisa este sea mi error) de la serie con la que nacio esta "El marginal", donde la violencia era el dia a dia de la vida de los presos, y de las autoridades
At first glance, it started out interesting, but little by little the plot became less engaging, attempting to add episodes or "difficulties" between the characters that don't carry the weight of the events, like absurd problems, where much more atrocious things happen daily. We see the passivity of the prison guards who, while there may well be some exceptions, the vast majority are part of the crossroads of crime that exists within its walls, in comparison (and perhaps this is my mistake) to the series that inspired it, "El Marginal," where violence was the daily reality for both the prisoners and the authorities.
Ella es la presa que manejaba las cosas ahi, pero cuando hubo un intercambio desfavorable dejo de hacer trabajar a las otras internas por desobediencia, pero me pregunte, si las otras no trabajan y no te traen dinero, también terminas perdiendo vos, teniendo el poder de mandarlas sin pagarles, deja también sin ganancia a ella misma, esto quisa fue algo que dejaron pasar a propósito los guionistas, pero un punto que en la vida real no pasaría
She's the inmate who ran things there, but when there was an unfavorable exchange, she stopped making the other inmates work because of their disobedience. But I wondered, if the others don't work and don't bring you money, you end up losing too. Having the power to send them without paying them also leaves her without any profit. Perhaps this was something the writers deliberately left out, but it's a point that wouldn't happen in real life.
Al estar del lado del poderoso, no logra tomar protagonismo como esperábamos, traicionando o tomando fuerza para el poder, bien enfocado ya que la protagonista temía por la vida del nieto y no podía pensar otra cosa, toma decisiones particulares para poder darse con el hijo de un gran narcotraficante, que en el final le perdona la vida y mata a una autoridad que no daré mas detalle. Pero esto es llamativo, en estos casos no se perdona la vida, los códigos son diferentes, y cuando alguien se mete con la familia, no es probable que no termine muerto
Being on the side of the powerful, she doesn't achieve the prominence we expected, either through betrayal or by gaining power. This is well-considered, as the protagonist feared for her grandson's life and couldn't think of anything else. She makes particular decisions to get close to the son of a major drug trafficker, who ultimately spares her life and kills an authority figure I won't name. But this is striking; in these cases, life isn't spared. The codes are different, and when someone messes with the family, it's unlikely they won't end up dead.
Muchas de las protagonistas y por ser una serie de mujeres la textualización esta muy en auge, dejando de lado los sentimientos, la dureza, o la resiliencia que las presas pasan, termina siendo una serie mas que trata al machismo en su máxima expresión, no hay muchas peleas, no hay mucha violencia, sino "feminización" de sus hechos y acciones, algo a debatir para una vida de completa supervivencia
Many of the protagonists, and because it's a series about women, emphasize textualization, neglecting the feelings, the hardship, or the resilience that the inmates experience. It ends up being yet another series that deals with sexism in its most extreme form. There aren't many fights, not much violence, but rather a "feminization" of their actions and deeds—something worth debating for a life of complete survival.
