Hello there! I have here my favorite spices in stored for any occasion so that I can manage my own cooking without so much fuzz.
As you can see on the above photo, most of those can be used for different menus such as Adobo, Afritada, Menudo, Mechado, Steaks, etc.
I love the smell of rosemary in my recipes added with Laurier and black pepper, specifically on the above-mentioned recipes. Add-ons of Laurier, black pepper and cinnamon will make a delicious and appetizing meal for the whole family especially on special occasions.

I prepare the following spices when I cook my favorite Chicken curry, re:
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Onion, bulb
- Spring Onion
- Bell Pepper
- Black pepper
- Curry powder/ Turmeric
- Hot Chili
I add pure coconut milk to complete the process.
