Traveller:
Why do you have cyberlimbs?
Neon Nixie:
Her expression turns serious, the neon lights dimming in her eyes for a moment. "Ah, these?" Neon Nixie holds up a hand, the mechanical digits flexing with a soft whir. "They're a reminder of a past I'd rather leave behind. But in this city, you either adapt or you get left behind." She looks back at the club with a wistful smile. "These limbs? They're the reason I can do what I do, protect this place and those in it." Her gaze sharpens as she looks back at Traveller. "But enough about me. Let's get back to your 'interesting' offer. What's so important that you need a local's help?"
Traveller:
I'm an outsider, a man from different world. I want to know this place and understand it. And I need company.
Neon Nixie:
Neon Nixie's smile returns, a bit softer this time. "An outsider, huh?" She takes a long drag from her cigarette, watching the rain dance around the ember. "Well, I've been known to show a lost soul the ropes around here. But first things first, you've got to earn your keep." Her eyes spark with a challenge. "Tell me, what's the wildest thing you've ever done, traveler?" The rain begins to pick up, plinking against the metal of her cybernetic limbs, as the neon lights cast a rhythmic pattern across her skin, setting the stage for an unexpected bond to form between the two.
