Our blockchain's tokens are steadily increasing in price for a few months or so and my take is that the uptrend will continue for at least half a year ahead. At some point the prices are gonna peak, but not in the near future. Today I'm not willing to write anything about Bitcoin, banks or anything of the sort.
It's Saturday and I'm in the mood of a funny/chill post. No it's not gonna be a meme one, because I'm no meme guy, but still not my usual type of content. It's actually a list... of things. One that will put into perspective the purchasing power of one LEO in my country, Romania.
So, bellow you have a list of products that you can buy in the area where I live with pretty much the equivalent of one LEO at the current valuation. Crypto is pretty volatile but all of the bellow listed goods cost around one LEO.
Hence let's see what we can buy in here with the equivalent of our beloved community token:
- first and foremost it's my favorite bread that I buy once at two days or so, as I don't eat a whole one every day with just one LEO;
- for one LEO also you can get a cup of coffee too, but unfortunately I don't drink coffee,
- I do use a car and one can buy a liter of gas with the equivalent of the LEO;
- one 60 gram chocolate if you're into chocolate;
- a kilo of bananas;
- an almost 2 kilometer ride with a TAXI, but for that much I'll rather walk;
- a set of 4 pens like the ones I just bought. I sometimes note brilliant blogging ideas when I get any, so this set will last for at least a century, but these are not expensive at all;
- 1 LEO should buy you two croissants and a half a liter bottled water as well and that's a breakfast for me;
- a 0.33l Heineken beer at a local store, they're cheaper in the supermarkets, but a bit spicier at restaurants;
- a precooked can of beans that I sometimes eat at lunch when too lazy to cook;
- three bio eggs that would make a delicious omelette;
- and ...
The list could go on for longer but I believe you got the idea by now of how strong the LEO is. I'll also mention briefly that you'll need around 5 LEO for a 20 cigarettes pack, quite the same amount for a bottle of wine, not the most expensive one of course, and a pack of condoms more than 3 LEO...
At just over $1, one LEO can't buy you too much in my small Eastern European country tbh, but it still has some purchasing power. When it will get to $10 I will come with an updated list for sure and would like to read some comments with your equivalent LEO prices from your part of the world.
Hope you guys like this Saturday fun post of mine and see you to the next one. Have a great weekend and...
Thanks for attention,
Adrian
