The crypto market looks to be walking on thin ice atm... BTC is somehow struggling to hold above $41,000, ETH is "the greatest scam" according to some friend of mine who got into crypto lately and feels like "loosing money" like hell lately, while Hive has had its 3speak and Ragnarok snapshot and...
Not doing to well lately. While it has been able to hold $1.65 for so long before the snapshot, it know looks like dumping a bit. I don't know if it has simply followed "the herd" with Bitcoin and the others or it's just that some hivers have decided to sell some HIVE after the snapshot.
Personally, I was thinking a couple of days ago that it might correct to as low as $1.33, probably even down to $1.2 or something like that, as the graph "looked like it's about to fall" and it kind of happened...
HIVE is atm valued at $1.34 and we don't know if it's a local bottom or if there's more down powder for that. I guess time will tell, as forecasts seem to be futile lately for crypto.
There's something happening worth noticing, though. On one hand we have HIVE dipping a bit and on the other we have LEO that has appreciated a bit lately. Just two days ago LEO was valued at $0.18 and at the moment of writing it is $0.235 per coin, while HIVE has depreciated. I know, we can't call that a pump, but there's a pattern to watch in here.
There are probably quite a few hivers that are selling HIVE for LEO these days, after participating in the snapshot for 3speak and ragnarok and reinvesting, or simply taking some profits. There are talks for a Leofinance snapshot as well, but I don't know anything for sure. Hence it might happen that there's a selling process coming from HIVE to LEO.
Luckily I have bought some LEO a few days ago, thus I managed to reach close to 6,000 LP. It's not much, but at least I'm happy I can power up some once in a while. The ultimate floor for HIVE seems to be at $0.8, according to and LEO seems to have already had its floor touched the past couple of months, thus there's not much to be worried for this blockchain.
There used to be a time when you could buy a bunch of HIVE for one LEO and not many whales outside the Leofinance community were happy about that. These times might come back and we will probably have $1 LEO SOON again... Hope you're having a great Saturday and see you to the next post.
Thanks for attention,
Adrian
