Spending has become one of the most popular problem in today's world. Most people don't know how to spend, when to spend and where to spend.
I have come to understand that a debtor is a slave. If you are not able to clear your debt, you will be in fear of coming face to face with the person involved. Can we really be free from debt? Is living in debt part of us? Can't we do without it? As we continue, maybe we will get some answers to our questions.
Let's take a look at some of these steps:
1.-
Everything is better with a budget. By budgeting what you want to do, it will help you to know what you need and what you don't need.
2.-
Reduce the wants, focus on the needs. There's always place to cut out unnecessary spending habits. This could be going to your favorite restaurant only once a month, or letting go all the good things you set your eyes on. The more you shave away the wants and spend only on the needs the better your finances will be.
3.-
Master sheet of expenses. keep record of your expenses in a sheet that you are able to update on a monthly basis. That way your expenses will be less and you will have left over at the end of the month.
4.-
Don't buy what you can't afford. One of the most dangerous thing we do is to keep buying things we know we can't afford. One good rule to live by is if you can't pay for something, stop looking that way.
5.-
The best way to avoid debt is to be sensitive about managing your money. How much do you earn? How much should you spend from your earnings? How much will be left? Get them into your head.
6.-
Take a good approach and make better use of your money. That could allow you to pay for rent, start your own business, get a car, and help people around you. It pays to take some initiative, start early and protect your finances.
In summary.
People don't plan to get into debt. It's just one of those things that happens without your notice, or may even feel as if it's out of your control. But you can control it. You just avoid things you see your friends with and you don't have the money.
Some of your friends make more money and you know it. So, why will you want to have everything they have? That will be putting you in debt.
Don't live all your life trying to settle one Dept or the other. Be contented with what you have.
Thanks for having me speak to you this beautiful morning. Happy day ahead.
