I was not expecting the Green Envelope
Some years ago, I went to Inland Revenue office to ask about Taxes and why I have never received the Green envelope.
According to my income, it was not necessary to fill in the Taxes Declaration. And that was the raison they didn't send the Green envelope.
So, I was sure this year it was not necessary to fill in.

Well, I don't think they will charge me, as the envelope arrived a couple of weeks ago.
And according to the one who guided me at Inland Revenue Offices, i did a letter explaining why I am reporting/filing in till December instead of July, the deadline.
The next is to wait until they has an answer.

Comparing to Mexico, Taxes Declaration here is kind of easy. Still I would prefer to have the Guidance they have, so I fill the corresponding information the most correctly possible.
Last years in Mexico, as I was Civil Servant I didn't worry about Taxes, it is automatically deducted all Taxes. Last years they changed the percentage and I guess it is lower nowadays.
But during some years it was a headache collecting the minimum expenses to deduct taxes as the charge was kind of hight: 25% over my Teacher income for Hours working at Private Universities. In addition, the Invoice has changes in short time. And nobody likes to pay penalties, lucky I did have any.
In South Korea I have never worried about. All was by default done.
In United Stated I shout paid a software in order to make easy the process online. Taxes are kind of hight, monthly they deducted 25% of my salary. In addition at Taxes season you have to fill in it.
