So far, I have persisted in building mainstream social media accounts such as Instagram and Youtube, for the purpose of becoming an influencer.
In Indonesia, it is still relatively easy for accounts with at least 1000 followers to get “GET PAID TO POST” offers from various brands. The higher the number of followers and also along with good engagement, the more expensive the post will be paid by the brand owner.
So a few months ago I registered my Instagram account to a platform for Instagram influencers even though my account was still relatively small.
Then a few days ago I got an email offering to create a video content from a brand.
They gave an offer for one video about 140K IDR or around 9.3 USD.
My job is to have to make dance videos with my family while promoting the brand.
I didn't accept it because video content like that in my opinion was too cheap to pay only 9 USD. If only photo content, I will accept the offer.
Creating video content is not easy, especially when it involves other people to be a model in it. Plus the editing process is not short.
If just vlog that’s okay. But this time is not just vlog but promotional video and it will take time.
So instead of spending my time making videos for them, I prefer to create content on the blockchain.
