In today's post I am here with a new feature and I will tell you friends about the benefits of this feature and how to use this feature.
Earlier I made a detailed post about spot grid trading and re-balancing bot. Today I will discuss about martingale investment and try to make you guys understand about how this feature works and how it can be beneficial.
Martingale trading is available on #Binance and #kucoin and will probably be on other exchanges as well. Martingale's concept is taken from casino but not quite the same as casino which has only two possibilities win or loss.
Martingale trading can be a bit risky but the benefits are also very high. The higher the risk, the higher the rewards.
In martingale you have to choose a coin. For example I have selected Hive Coin and also selected a range level where I know its price will move.
For martingale spot trading you have to select a range level which is just like spot grid trading. After selecting the range level the bot will start trading for you.
This means that the bot will continue to double-bit on levels when the price of the coin continues to decline. For example, if I talk about #hive coin. If the price keeps on going down the bot will keep on buying on double basis.
Similarly, if its price falls further, the bot keeps buying double of the last buying. It will continue to bid in the same manner at the same range level.
Will continue to sell like this. This has the advantage that it will continue to reduce your buying averages quickly and will give a very good profit when the price rises slightly.
This is the martingale feature of trading. Remember that each feature has its own risk which traders should settle according to the strategy.
