Hi, I'm Vanessa.
I'm gonna be honest, I'm new at this social network and i'm trying to figure out how to get started, so I though the best way of doing it is introducing myself.
I've been living in Argentina for the past 4 years, but I'm from Venezuela. I have a dentist degree and I like dogs. Isn't that what people always say when introducing themselves?
Truth is, that I'm still having a hard time defining myself with "simple words" and actually when someone asks me to introduce myself all I can think about is: "I'm somewhere in between old sould and wild child".
Here I am:
I'm 29 years old, that's a point to start. With time I developed some taste for good food and coffee, even took some couses to become an insufferable know-it-all about it. As everyone else, I enjoy traveling but to be honest, haven't done it a lot in the past years. I think I'm kind of stuck in this "young adult" phase, when all you do is work to pay your bills and save a couple of dollars "just in case".
Looking at the bigger picture, I like to go out and eat, have a drink or a coffee. I make small trips when I get the chance and enjoy being a tourist in the city, Buenos Aires gives you this endless feeling of amusement that always makes you feel like a tourist.
By now, you must be thinking that I must be some sort of pessimist, but no. Let me tell you that I'm the kind of person that sees the glass half full, I just tend to have a critical way of seing things.
Lately I've been trying to catch up in this modern world of crypto, NFT, blockchains, investings... and of course I'm still trying to figure things out. Living in Argentina means you have to find a way to fight inflation. Yes, there are a lot things going on in here with the economy, the goverment, people. I come from Venezuela and I find this really frustrating, not going to lie. So, right now I'm starting this, to see if I can actually understand modern economy world.
So here I am, if you have any tip I will definitely will appreciate it.
