Watching another TV program where the possible future of humanity was discussed and how hard or easy we will live, I wondered: what does a person really want in this life.
I do not undertake to discuss whether someone needs a family (wife, husband, children) or he wants to live his life "alone"… This is everyone's business and he decides for himself what he needs.
I am interested in understanding what a person will choose in terms of money and rights:
- The rich and influential people of your state offer a monthly transfer to a bank account so that a person does not need basic life needs: food, clothing, rest and so on. But by receiving this money, a person renounces his rights, such as voting in elections and other similar and important things in the state. That is, a person receives money at his own expense for nothing and no longer needs to think about earning money, but he cannot influence anything outside of his family, he lives according to the laws adopted by rich and influential people.
- A person earns his own money, sometimes it's very hard work, for example, oil workers or miners ... there are a lot of physically difficult professions, you know that yourself. Such a person often does not have enough money to relax with his family, take the children to Disneyland or make a loan payment. But he influences where his country is going.
Interestingly, if we conduct a survey among ordinary people, working professions, what percentage will choose 1 and which 2?
And what would you choose?
PS. Please excuse me for possible stylistic errors in the text. English is not my native language, but I wanted to hear the opinion of a large number of users
