Sundays are probably the weirdest day in the week for me, because, well, I'm supposed to be a Christian and not because I do Christian shit but because I'm not a Muslim. Nigeria has this enforced 50:50 split between Christians and Muslims that ensures that everyone falls into one category.
Around here, religion is the lie used to achieve everything and I mean everything. If you want to be a Governor, police officer, lecturer or just breathe, you have to belong to one of them. That's generally why religious "leaders" as they call them, tend to live in opulence, and I mean rapper level balling.
Now, I know what you're going to say, who am I to judge? and you'd be right too, I have no right to judge but all I'm saying is that this dude wasn't a millionaire in DOLLARS before he became a pastor and after some years in the ministry, he's bought a couple of private jets in the name of Jesus.
These pastor rich list always sound weird to me because I've never heard of them declaring their assets, and they never share information about their "investments" but at the same time, just the thought of it makes my balls itch.
How I see it, pastors are like Justin Sun or any of such characters that offer a "service" and collect their rewards. They promise you money,m wife, kids, a bright future and base them on the Bible. They also have zero accountability, because when their "predictions" go wrong, nobody ever brings them up and the people being scammed used are the same people that defend them.
I like certain aspects of some churches; for example, I was raised as an Anglican and I use to enjoy the ONLY the choir because they sing like its an opera, other than that, it's just a bunch of people trying to fuck, or rob each other. Anyways, the point is that the church is basically a business to me now and I decide to invest or not, in pretty much the same way I'd buy any shitcoin out there.
