After weeks of anticipation, GLX token has finally climbed above 1 cent and the best part is that it doesn't seem like this is the end of the pump. There seems to be a high level of optimism and we could be seeing the start of something special in the crypto market.
Now that GLX token has finally reached the 1 cent mark, we can start looking towards a serious pump. I don't want to get too excited but 10 cents GLX is not too much to ask for.
It will take something special for GLX to reach 10 cents but based on the signs from the crypto market, we just might be on the cusp of just that.
I'm not exactly active on social media these days, so I'm not party to the excitement that I'd reckon is beaming these days. However, even just looking at the numbers on central exchanges, it is safe to say that there's reason to be optimistic.
All of this optimism hasn't even taken the fact that the beta launch of the game is coming soon and then there's also a full launch hopefully coming in September.
No move for packs
Despite all the excitement surrounding cryptocurrencies, there hasn't been good news for GLG packs. GLMSPA packs have bee stuck at $1.1 per unit forat least three weeks and that's really not where we want it to be right now.
I've held on to 30 packs since pack staking rewards ended and since there's not much demand for cards, I decided not to open the packs. I figured that I'd simply sell the packs whenever demand rises but I guess that will not be any time soon.
In a GLX-themed way, I see holding packs as a way of diversifying my portfolio. Unfortunately, things aren't working out in that front but I intend to stick around for a long time. so I'll continue holding them.
As much as GLG will embody certain aspects of Splinterlands, I don't know how packs will go. However, if things were to progress in the same way Splinterlands did, then these packs will basically be like alpha packs and so, could command a decent amount in the near future.
Just like GLMPSA packs, Alpha [acks started off at a modest $4 per pack but at this moment, each alpha pack is trading at $41 on hive-engine. This also translates to alpha monsters spiking in value, so this could be the case for the current crop of GLG cards.
