One thing everyone has to have is a place to live, and that is seeming to get more and more expensive. In Arizona, we have one of the hottest housing markets in the country, and it doesn't look to be slowing down.
Rent is at a all time high, and so are the house prices. It is fueled by all the crap states losing people by the thousands and they are all coming to Arizona, Texas, and Florida. A lot of them are bringing cash, and people who have to have loans can not compete.
I have been approached by a couple people to sell their house, and my comment is always where are you planning on going. Most have said they want to sell and live with a friend or get a RV. They are planning on waiting it out, but they might have to wait a while.
