Get Prepared For The New UI
If you didn't know the new UI for LeoFinance is expected to be release on that wonderful day called Valentines day Feb 14th. Now just 3 days away that's 72 hours or LESS to get prepared for what could be one of the greatest front ends to hit Hive since it was born. Yes! It's that big of a deal.
For the shortest month of the year LeoFinance is jam packed with goodness this month so let's dive right in and take a look.
Crew3 Launched
No idea what Crew3 is? It's a platform that offers XP rewards for doing various tasks. By doing these tasks you earn XP and level up. It's a great way to get involved with the community and make sure you're following the critical parts of leofinance. It's also a easy onboarding method to help grow Leo's socials and the users of LEO itself.
I invite you to click the link above and check it out.
New UI
The new UI is slated to release on Feb 14th valentines day. I can't think of a better date ;) This new UI will still be in Alpha and I'm sure there will be unforeseen errors and issues that come with going live to everyone. There always is so please go into the release understanding it's in Alpha and things could not be working right. Simply relay that information in a thread or in a support ticket to the LeoFinance team with as detailed information as possible.
Once the bugs and kinks are ironed out I know for myself that I'll be hammering the threads in terms of activity but also inviting other people in to take part in it.
There will be a few critical parts that will either make or break this launch.
Out of our control for the most part
- Easy to use onboarding and easy to understand UI
- Filtering options and discoverability of content you want to see (nix the spam)
What we can do
- Heavy usage of the UI by creating quality threads for others to interact with and to interact with others threads
- Invite friends, family and anyone/everyone else to take part in the platform including if they have a community
- Only vote on content you feel is worthy and highly avoid any spam type content. What you reward is going to present to people what's ok and not ok to post on the platform or worthy of a reward.
LPUD
If that wasn't enough one of the biggest monthly events will be happening the day after called LPUD (LEO Power Up Day) There's always a boat load of delegation prizes up for grabs and for powering up 150 LEO you'll get yourself a sweet looking badge to go with it.
I'm sure we will hear lots about it on the new threads and there might be some extra bonuses tossed in there.
So there you have it! It's nothing crazy and honestly just common sense. Be as active as you possible can and provide as much high quality content as you possibly can. Besides that inviting others in to take part in threads is a powerful way of adding to the topics but not only that if you know of communities invite them to come over and start using threads themselves for talks around their guilds, businesses, projects etc.
