For those seeing my blog the first time, my name is Blacktarri, from Delta State, I'm 21 year old, a crypto focused lady and busineses lover, I'm dark in complexion and love business like crazy! I am a model and lover of music as I play almost four instruments, and for those that already know my blog, i welcome you all to my space.
This post is about how well i handIe and balance my crypto trading transactions with my fashion and cosmetic house busineses, so let's get started!
Every strong story as an origination and the origination of my story started with crypto trading, before the fashion house, before the cosmetic house, before the everything, there was a cryptocurrency in the beginning and it will be in the middle and last. it's all about what you are able to handle and how best you actually handle them.
For this to have a good balance, I will want to do a quick recap to my background story so you can see from my perspective on this, while growing up, I saw how business was really moving well for my mom and how she had to have a whole lot of people helping her while she pays them monthly. it was of no doubts that she couldn't handle them or herself and trying to do that all by herself would have landed her in a very bad health situation and that would have been lack of productivity. now I am not saying you can't handle your own business, what I'm trying to say is, if the business is too big and you know very well that you alone cannot handle it yourself, you will then have to hire people to actually help you.
So coming back to how i handIe my busineses, there was actually a point where I had to do the business myself with the help of my cousin sister, but as things got wider and started establishing big, I realized I couldn't do all of that myself anymore, so I had to actually hire people to help me handle my business while I get busy with cryptocurrency since it involves me traveling around coaching people as well, but still, I make time for my Fashion and cosmetic house, I always go visit and see how things are moving!
Hiring people can be another bad disadvantage looking at it from another angle entirely, the people you hire should usually be people you trust, that part is where some people don't get lucky at all, and end up losing a whole lot of people and some actualy gets so lucky that it goes perfectly well as the person they hire respect and take the business seriously more like their personal business. This also involves how you are treating them, but at the same time, people that cannot be changed cannot be changed. there are actually some people out there that after helping them so much and treating them well, they still go ahead to hurting you so badly with a great pleasure.
Expirences: we experience a lot in business, and that is why we business personnel's have to be extremely smart and Careful, and at he same time also be prayerful at some point. this topic actually have carried three different topics inside, which actually makes me skip some points in my writing in as much as I am trying to keep it brief with you all not to bore you.
I will make three different Posts with the three topics attached to this so you all get to understand more in busineses management.
