I can still remember one of the last Facebook parties, a party on Sylt was publicly announced there. The whole thing resulted in its own dynamics and of course complications at that time.
Not only did people travel from all over Germany and put the public transportation infrastructure to a stress test, it also had a Woodstock feel to it. Everyone had usually packed a well-filled backpack with food and was prepared to make the island subject.
The reaction of the police can be thought here yes and the rest has been officially recorded. I think this was also the last public party on Facebook here in Germany, because an example was made of the organizer. But we see the same phenomenon now with Wallstreetbets and the young wild gamblers.
The stocks like AMC and Gamestop were their protégés and these were shot to the moon. Today, there is not much left of their deeds, because the price has been allowed to experience gravity.
What has remained, however, are changes in the overall market. Robinhood and Trade Republic were able to develop new business models, they now simply sell the actions of their customers. Ich schätze mal es ging den meisten Kleinanlegern nur um das schnelle Geld und eine Art neue Freiheit, denn jetzt war ein Mittel gefunden, um den großen Walen da draußen Angst zu machen.
Das Internet und ihre Vernetzung wird immer größer, egal wie sehr sich einige Gruppen die "gute alte Zeit" zurück wünschen. Ich kann mich noch an eine der letzten Facebookpartys erinnern, dort wurde öffentlich eine Party auf Sylt angekündigt. Das ganze ergab damals eine eigene Dynamik und natürlich Komplikationen.
Nicht nur das aus ganz Deutschland Leute anreisten und die Infrastruktur der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel einen Stresstest aussetze, es hatte auch alles einen Woodstock Charakter. Jeder hatte meist einen gut gefüllten Rucksack mit Verpflegung gepackt und war vorbereitet sich die Insel Untertan zu machen.
Die Reaktion der Polizei lässt sich hier ja denken und der Rest ist ja amtlich erfasst worden. Ich glaube dies war auch die letzte öffentliche Party auf Facebook hier in Deutschland, denn an dem Veranstalter wurde ein Exempel verübt. Das gleiche Phänomen sehen wir jetzt aber auch bei Wallstreetbets und den jungen wilden Zockern.
Die Aktien wie AMC und Gamestop waren ihre Schützlinge und diese wurden auf den Mond geschossen. Heute ist nicht mehr viel von ihren Taten zu erkennen, denn der Preis hat Schwerkraft erleben dürfen.
Geblieben sind allerdings Veränderungen am Gesamtmarkt. Robinhood und Trade Republic konnten neue Geschäftsmodelle entwickeln, sie verkaufen jetzt einfach die Aktionen ihrer Kunden. Dieses Geschäftsmodell ermöglicht wiederum die Handelskosten der Trader zu reduzieren. Die großen Player am Markt zahlen also viel Geld um den Kleinanlegern auf die Finger zu schauen.
Fazit :
Sobald sich eine kritische Masse im Netz zusammenfindet, dann kann Veränderung stattfinden. Eine neue Situation löst dann eine Reihe von Gesetzesänderungen aus, denn eine Grauzone bleibt nicht lange grau.
