When i listened to the WEFs version of 'Communist Utopia' i really felt like puking. So many horrors said with an excited and positive voice.
The one that really gets me is the spatula story (dun, dun, duuuuuunnnnn) where the 15 minute city only had a few spatulas, and it was washed and shipped to other people in the 15 minute city.
Now, sharing something big, expensive and hard to maintain, like a car, could make sense. However, a spatula. Something you can buy at a dollar store, or pay $20 at a really expensive cooking store. What kind of world would it be where you couldn't own your own spatula. The 15 minute city is too poor to afford a dollar? But, the happy script reader, says that they are shared. Do these people realize the cost of sharing a spatula? Even if we had some fancy robot transport thingies that is in the walls of each prison cell, it would cost more to run it, than just making EVERYONE a spatula or their own. Even if we had free energy inside these 15 minute prisons. The wear and tear on the delivery system cost more than the spatula.
So, why on Earth would we share spatulas???? Only if someone made spatulas very rare. Like the govern-cement, or the 15 minute wardens. "You may only have 15 spatulas! Any more than that, and you are destroying the Earth!", the propaganda machine drones on.
This is horrifying! Making people believe that they are not even worthy of having their own spatula.
For the want of a spatula…
Now, to put things into perspective, i can make a spatula from a fallen piece of wood (all over the forest) and shape it with a rock. If i use tools, and specific woods, i can make one better and faster. If i use my machine tools and plastics knowledge, i could make thousands of spatulas. Their real cost less than a dime each.
Now, lets talk about sharing a spatula. One spatula, two cooks, in the same kitchen. This is a real pain. Even one cook and many pots has a need for several spatulas. You do not want to mix the flavors that you do not want mixed. And each pot has their own timing, their own rhythm. If one is making pancakes on a skillet, next to a pan cooking an omelet, timing is of EXTREME importance. You need to flip the pancakes when they are golden brown, not a moment before, not a moment after. Omelets are tricky, and need constant checking. Waiting for the other chef to be done, to pass the spatula is infuriating. Especially since there is no monetary or physical lack of materials to short yourself a spatula.
Now lets talk about why you might be denied a spatula. Its all about control. Its all about making your feel small, belittled. Because, if was commissioned to build a spatula delivery system, i might make a spatula cassette, and put it behind the wall. And spit out a brand NEW spatula whenever someone pressed the spatula button. (why? because a hundred spatulas is $10, and the amount of water needed to wash them is more than that. The amount of energy and robots to transport it is more than that. It would be better to burn the dirty spatula for the hydrocarbon energy trapped in it, then to try to recycle it, wash it, move it…) Now, you, a inmate in this 15 minute city, aren't worth enough to be given a spatula. You have to share. And you have to wait for your turn to use the spatula. And you can't have a spatula that you like, you know the springy steel one that slides under pancakes just so easily. You have to share a cheap plastic (or maybe bamboo, because this is about saving the environment) spatula. Because your life's efforts do not even amount to one spatula. You worthless sack of protoplasm that is just consuming O₂ and producing so much CO₂!
Make one for everybody!
Capitalism, Socialism, Communism are all control systems. A real system would make a spatula for everyone.
Capitalists might say that their system is best, because they have made a spatula for everyone. They are so cheap. But capitalism has made sure that not everyone has one. And not everyone has a drawer in a kitchen, to place the spatula.
Communists might say that their system is best, because they have a drawer, in a kitchen for everyone, however, their spatula supply, in both quantity and quality is lacking.
Socialism makes things broken on all fronts. There are some with a kitchen, but without a drawer or a spatula. While some without a kitchen have a "gift" card for a free spatula.
The goal of our economy should be to make sure that everyone has a kitchen, a drawer, and a spatula. And ones of good quality.
However, none of these systems can even provide food to every person. Capitalism has to limit production so that the food isn't in excess, so that people still feel that they need to pay for the food. Communism destroys all motivation, so even with machines helping each farmer do 2x as much work, they cannot produce enough food for everyone. Socialism makes both of these other system look good.
It would be so easy, and even profitable, to make sure everyone gets fed. But, no, what the system wants is for people to go without, so that they can be controlled. You are not even worthy of food.
Sharing is NOT caring
Communist Utopia propaganda always talks about a world where we share everything. Which sounds good to those who do not have much. Because they will be the ones winning when others have to share with them.
From the point of view of someone who has worked hard for what they have. People who feel entitled to your stuff never treat it well. (they are secretly upset that you have something that they don't have.
If i spent several hours grinding a fallen branch with a rough stone to turn it into a spatula, and now there is a person that demands i share it with them, and what i get back later is a burnt piece of wood, and a berating about how i made a shitty spatula, what are my responses? Well, the proper response is never sharing again. And defending MY spatula from all people who would want to take it from me. (Property rights) And the best system has each person defending their own spatulas, and NO one who is envious of another's spatula, who can't control themselves. Everyone respects everyone else's rights to have and care for, their own spatula. (there also needs to be a system that makes sure each and every person can make or acquire their own spatula. Spatula licenses are just another means of control.)
After everyone owns a spatula, it is much for meaningful to talk about sharing. Then, a person can share if they choose to. Not that they are obligated by community to help those without. Not that they would feel guilt for not sharing. They they can honestly choose to share or not, based on their judgement of the other person. This is sharing. All the other positions is just a form of manipulation/control.
That those mother WEFers made a propaganda piece about sharing spatulas, is just a way of turning an unfilled need into hatred of others, resulting in everyone being put into a control system where lack of spatulas is normal.
To me, this is pure evil.
However, even worse is that the Capitalists say they want to help and show up with lots of spatulas, priced at a place where not everyone can have one (or the other pieces, the kitchen or the drawer, is too expensive) The Capitalists SAY that they are helping, when in fact, they turn to such greed as planned obsolescence.
The Communists are sooo sad. They say that they will make one for everyone. Then, years later there are seemingly less spatulas then there were when it started. Spatula maker riots! Not enough steel, or plastic, or tree limbs… Always something. And those in charge put the extra spatulas in their warehouse.
We must recognize the evils in these systems. And either create a system that makes sure to get a spatula to each person, which has the power to go through kings and tyrants to fulfill that goal. Or, we make systems so that each person can make their won spatula. (and drawer and kitchen) And no one can stop or interfere with them getting the basic needs.
