Many times an expense becomes an investment, it all depends on the approach we give it; it is cheaper to maintain an asset than to buy a new one. Receive a cordial greeting friends who visit this respected community regularly, I write very little in it because I feel that I do not have the adequate preparation to do so. However, today I want to tell you about a financial adventure we did in our house on the coast, which turned out great.
HOLA HIVERS

My family is originally from a town on the coast of Vargas State (now, La Guaira) called La Sabana, in Venezuela. We have in that place a very nice and big house, which has many belongings which motivated to certain elements in the environment such as: saltpeter, humidity, dust and other external agents, including the abuse of people outside our family, have been deteriorating.
Because things have a useful life, they have a period from its manufacture to be durable; however that does not mean that until there, they can be used; on the contrary if they are taken care of they can last many years more to the planned one.

We live in a parish of the capital of Venezuela, whenever we can, especially on vacation we go to our house on the coast, to take care of it, clean it and above all enjoy it and with it the whole environment. Beaches, rivers, family and friends.
This property is fully equipped with furniture, kitchen utensils, electrical appliances among others. But as I mentioned before, they have been deteriorating over time. In the picture I show you an orange piece of furniture, with a red blanket over it because it was broken; but its components allowed its repair, that's why we never decided to vote it. It was never an option.

We decided to repair it, a neighbor who lives nearby suggested us to fix it, he told us the materials needed and we bought them. that was in the month of November; in December we took the material to be repaired. But the person who was going to repair it shipped us, so we looked for another one and this was the result.

In January, before returning we talked to another person, he visited us to know the condition of the furniture and the materials we had bought, gave him the go-ahead and took it away. It was repaired by Carnival time, but we were unable to travel; we were unable to travel during Easter week either. Fifteen days ago we received this pleasant surprise. This is how the old broken orange piece of furniture was left. That is why at the beginning of this story I was referring to: IT IS AN INVESTMENT TO MAINTAIN, CARE FOR OR REPAIR ONE GOOD THAN TO BUY ANOTHER.
Hace 15 d铆as recibimos esta grata sorpresa. As铆 qued贸 el viejo mueble anaranjado roto.
Since this piece of furniture was so beautiful, 馃槏 we decided to continue investing in the recovery of other pieces of furniture. That story will be described in a second installment. If you made it this far, I thank you. Until a next edition.
