I can still remember the day when I started my journey here in hive. Today, I thankfully am remembering my friends who earnestly helped me to know and explore this beautiful platform of Web 3. Many people ask me about my experiences throughout these years; so here I am to share a portion of it.
A couple of days earlier I got a notification from about a two year compilation of my hive journey. From that day, I always had a kind of feeling to write about it. But you can see I ain't posting regularly as I used to be. It is simply because of my busyness; those of you who already know me can easily understand my situation. I have a number of students who are trying hard to improve their spoken english competency. And so, I have to give them more time.
However, that is not the main issue for today's piece. It’s simply about my hive journey and the HP I managed to save within this time. At the very beginning of my blogging experience, I didn’t know about resource credits and hp stuff which are much more important to know for a newbie like me. My friends helped me a lot with this. Some of them even delegated a portion of their hp to keep me motivated and helped me to continue.
Within a couple of months, I started to know about content creation here in this chain. There are a number of resourceful pieces where you can easily find the guidelines for making your content more resourceful and a means of engagement. Crypto was a taboo thing for me for a long time. Many of my friends still think it is just a means of money laundering tool or stuff for the dark web. But for me it is now a means of economic freedom that can help an individual to grow more confidence in himself and become financially capable to some certain extent.
Hive gave me the freedom to nourish my inner self which is a writer and poet. I wrote a number of poems and I think it couldn’t be possible without the encouragement and support from my fellow friends around this chain. They appreciated my pieces, sent good wishes, shared their wise criticism and believe me these comments helped to enrich my writing, my point of view, my presentation and many more. So, thanks a lot folks.
I started my journey with a big zero in my wallet; and was jostling here and there to know more about this chain specially the blogging experience which can be considered as nectar for me. Gradually my wallet has grown and still it is growing. I saw the bull market when hive was selling around 3$+ and now it is in the bear market it is below 40 cents. A friend of mine was telling me yesterday that it is so difficult to survive the bear market for a small stakeholder like me. It is simply because we had to pay rent, repay the bills and the recent price hike and inflation has a direct effect globally. I can't ignore that.
But I had a kind of strong determination to increase my stake; most importantly to save something for the future gain. Whatever rewards I got from curation or author reward I tried hard to save some portions from it. I never did any power down and do not want it; at least for now. Because I have a goal that I desperately want; had the deepest wish to attain by any means. I want to increase my hp to 10k+ within this bear market condition. I know it is so difficult to achieve this apex without buying some liquid hive from the market.
But I think I will definitely try to find some meaningful way to achieve this goal. This two years journey taught me a lot. Now, I cannot say I have zero experience. Rather, I know how to come up with wise decisions and investment strategies that can bring a good outcome in the future. Alongside this, I'm enjoying a good vibe in my content creation, I started to know about the huge opportunity about the 2nd layer tokens which I think has a great potentials for the upcoming future.
I started digging about play2earn games like and its abundance potentials within this chain. Here, I want to mention the NFT thing that made my journey more exciting. Many NFT based games and art works are celebrated here in hive and I love them a lot.
Moreover, I started to explore ! which is a great opportunity to trade a number of tokens and other cryptos within this ecosystem. And surprisingly, I managed to make some profit from it. Oh! I almost forgot to mention HBD staking and it’s high return. I think it is a good opportunity for small stakeholders like me to get some extra bounty and it is a stable coin for investment.
Though I have no idea how far I can go or how long my journey would sustain. I am always trying to make my experience more better and you all know that hive has a sky limit potentials in relation to the idea of passive income and great utilities for the future use.
I wish I could atrain my desired goal of 10k hp and explore further. I wholeheartedly thank the poeple behind the subtle maintainance of a healthy chain, those who are fighting hard for abuse, the developers who continuously enriching our hive experiences and not but the least the investors who are believing in the high potential of this ecosystem and contributing their resourceful advices and works to attain the collective outcomes.
However, I wanted to focus on my experiences throughout these years but you can see I was trying to talk about a lot of thjngs. Please forgive my novice knowledge and shallow understandings about certain points; I am still digging more and more.....
Thanks for your time and support. I appreciate your any kind of feedback and comment. Best wishes for all of you. Stay happy and healthy my friend.
