Good day, amazing of hive block chain welcome back to my blog
My review of the space that was held by . Which was held on the X space to discuss an interesting topic on the X space. This is episode 27 of the ice break. The topic was really amazing. RWA and NFT projects bridge Web 2 and Web 3.
Screenshot of the space live show.
The meaning of RWA assets RWA assets means real-world assets; they are convertible and non-convertible tokens that are designed primarily for physical assets on the block chain.
Real estate is a real-world asset that can be chained and tokenized.
One of the speakers, by name Salamander, stated that the tokenization of real estate assets has been in existence in some states.
There is a difference between Web2 and Web3.
Web2 is a centralized platform that is run and owned by one person, while Web3 is a decentralized platform that enables its users to own its assets. It will really be nice if this space is used to bridge the gap so that the project can expand in the block chain.
According to Little Auntie's, what is missing is the bridge that links Web2 and Web3. They will not communicate with each other.
Currently, people are tired of hearing about projects that will sell and see them as having wasted many years waiting for the project to sell and nothing coming out of it. Currently, people do not have the patience to wait for a project to sell. In my opinion, it will be nice if this utility is not only linked to the Web but to the world.
Coming to utility Splinterland is a good example of this utility you are the owner of your card which is NFTS.
The NFT project is the bridge that covers the gap between Web2 and Web3. Staking, in the real world, is a means of earning profits.
The importance of NFT can’t be overemphasized.
Zealy's vision and mission are to unite Web2 and Web3. This is the reason we always have a quest to do to be able to promote Hive on Web2. People are singing praise of the Web3 the Web3 is really doing great.
This is my summary of RWA and NFT.
