Splinterlands is an online collectible card game using the blockchain technology. Every user will need cards to play the game, these cards or assets are NFTs (Non-Fungible Token) which can be traded. These cards is used to play against other players. Now every card will have the unique ability and they are divided between Common, Rare, Epic and Legendary. The more the ability, the more it can help you to win the games and the more expensive it becomes.
Bloodlust is an ability in the monster where the monsters get +1 of all the stats every time it kills other monster. Now having a Magic attack with the Bloddlust is a great combination. This is because the Magic attacks the direct life rather than the armour, so its easy to kill the opponent monster if you have the magic attack.
Let's talk about one of the monster USUT which is a legendary death summoner monster which have 2 magic attack. Now since it has Bloodlust that means its magic attacks increases every time it kills a monster. And thus becomes very deadly at times. Let's go through one game to see how it has helped me to win over my opponents.
Like if I take the below example, we have started with the 2 Magic attacks. The opponent did not had any big monsters having many life so killing the monster is not a problem as the opponent also has the heal ability. When their is a heal ability killing an opponent monster becomes little problem.
At the end of the 5th round as you can see the same monster ability has increased. The main focus is the magic attack which has increased from 2 to 5 after killing 3 monsters. This is a great because when the magic attack increases its ability to kill increases and thus it becomes more deadlier than before. And at last I have won the game because that was my main attacker.
I know it doesn't work always, for example when the opponent will have a void ability that means when the magic attacks reduces by 50%, then killing an opponent becomes so much harder and thus if the stats doesn't increase then having it as a main attack doesn't work. It can work great for you when you are playing a mid level mana game because the opponent will also have to get some monsters with lesser life and killing those and increasing its stats increases nicely.
When the mana increases, the opponent will have much better monsters and thus killing them becomes little more difficult and thus the stats increasing will be a distant dream. We have a lot of bloodlust cards and thus having those in the team makes your team much better. I have lost so many games because the opponent have used good bloodlust monsters against me. Since it's a Legendary Summoner and if you want to have it, then you have to shell out some amount from your packet. But having it in your lineup is not a bad choice and can be used whenever applicable.
