Seems legit but I'm not positive. Their token is listed on CoinGecko though.
It cost me 0.009 ETH to claim 20000 ELT currently worth 0.015 lol but I'm just hoping they'll go big. The volume is huge but I think that's better because it would allow more people to own governance tokens.
