We still await the proposal results, either Next level or I will have to wait for next month's edition. Nothing bad in ‘keep trying’ should that be the case. Already the lectures I got in the process have been very impactful. It has challenged our current business ethics. Adding to that, I have been able to join a more broader scope of entrepreneurs where I will be getting tips, reviews on how to do business.
I will be having easy access to platforms where loans, grants or even ready-made investors can be found. I paid for an extra course in the process and our host was surprised and had to confess that he is amazed at my zeal for growth.
There were days I wouldn't spend both my time and a dime on such. Because of the mentorship training, the price of this course was slashed by more than 50% for ALL entrepreneurs or wannabe entrepreneurs that took interest. I keyed and I know I will be paying for more courses and seminars in the near future.
I don't mind as long as growth is established. The difference between where you are and where you want to or ought to be is knowledge. I am NOW full time in the business of getting and gaining knowledge, it will be something I will have to take my time to transfer to my successors.
It seems knowledge can become a family business. Talking of such, I was supposed to craft out an article on this yesterday but I got postponed because I wandered off course during writing and it seems today still wants to pick up the same fate. Let's quickly do justice to it.

Ok, I was just strolling home yesterday and along the traffic I saw a little girl doing some selling. She was selling orange packaged or better put arranged in the normal white polythene bags. I think they put three or so for N200.
This is not about hawking or child trafficking. She was actually there with her mother; well, maybe I should say, doing the family’s business. I was curious and inasmuch as many onlookers may never wish she ends up selling in the streets, it can be something to expand upon.
First, she is undergoing ‘selling 101’, an exposure that if leveraged can land her on the global stage. Consider her owning a fruit mart if she picks more interest in this family business. I have eyes for real estate for instance and if you want to trace it, it can be tracked down to my grandparents from the reports I got.
My grand dad used to help dig out building foundations for his clients. My Dad improved upon that by becoming a building contractor and well, not in the global stage.
He has been able to step up with a great margin from his Dad. He did not just build for people but has successfully built a mini real estate business behind his legacy. Ok, my Dad wasn't that educationally exposed and that's where I step in.
My vision is how to put this business in global stages, become a TOP real estate entrepreneur from the current experiences I have gotten from my Dad.
He always tells me, landlord business is a good business if you understand the ethics that you own the land and properties for life. My views has been understanding the ethics of compounding through this industry. This can not be achieved best manually but understand markets and the advantages investors pose in scaling.
To conclude, let me add, the take home here is that it is much easier to grow a business out of a family business laid foundations. It has been what has some entrepreneurs understand the sector tends faster than others.
