I guess our in office activities next week might be much bulkier than expected. The earlier I get the going going, the better. Managing a business goes beyond individual or self thinking and entrepreneurship is not storytelling. You need to be up to the task of solving problems. While others shy away, you will keep raising the needed question of ‘how can I?’.
A worker may not really understand but if I am to run something big, bring in more workers and pay them well, I will have to leverage every opportunity centering on these sectors. A good entrepreneur must know how to bait.
One thing leading to another, and another and before you know it, you have made a valuable amount off a transacted services or products. You just can't allow opportunities pass you by with the idea that you are trying to focus on a single thing. Most times it is self underestimation regarding capacity building. How do individuals own and manage global brands with hundreds of outlet offices and thousands of workers.

There has been so much incoming recently from customers and my contract worker is trying to shy away from some jobs. His idea was the fact that we need to focus more on men’s wear. That's just an idea if I should say; the company is aiming to influence the entire unisex industry in the long run.
I have really been making many adverts on female clothes yet some people have picked the earlier ones I had done and are NOW patronizing. So what do we do from here, shy away? Of course not, this will be a big disappointment to our brand.
This is where the entrepreneurial mindset has to kick in, where and where can I touch and see the needed results? I have had to go though my contract workers archives to check for female clothes professionals working with us. Another thing to consider is price comparisons.
A decent job sells itself faster, especially under the roof of a brand. Personally, I will want to monitor the entire process to learn, correct and add knowledge. I may not be able to do the entire sewing but I know how to be very creative. I have on several occasions given our workers creative ideas that when applied, turned out to be a stunner.
To conclude, let me add, an entrepreneur is a leader. You must be able to coordinate your entire workforce and available system to drive service and product delivery. The take home here is; refuse to think small, the explosion you need might just be some bold steps away. But how can you come close if you chose to settle for less?.
