I have the mindset of refusing to be disappointed. We ALL have choices to make, that saying, ‘when life throws lemon at you, be smart Enough to make it into lemonades’. Every setback can be a stepping stone as it reveals your current weaknesses. Talking of in the area of business, managerial duties have been full of ups and downs. Trying to get it right here and having to rush back to seal another loophole.
Earlier said this year, my TOP focus was on increasing both working force and customer base. Not bad right but what happens when all of a sudden, energy gets distorted. Did you see that coming?
From band to who knows where, general electricity circulation dwindled right in my very eyes. I mean, I didn't even see this one coming. Our contract worker had to retrace steps and it has been a challenge till date.
His expertise, experience and professionalism would have gone a very long way for us as an in- office worker but we now have to be working on connections. It comes at a cost because it gets difficult to coordinate business and even adding cost to it. It has been something that after punching the calculator, I have seen big circles of expenses and there is a need to find urgent solutions.
The best of all would be to go big, influence the industry and become a sought after for both customers and workers alike. Big dreams, not bad, but till then, you will have to navigate through the days where people never took you so seriously. The contract worker keeps disappointing us and in the end, it is our brand that gets registered with a bad name and I am the manager and co-owner. You can see how the situation may feel.

What is the way forward? Two things on my mind currently. I will have to bring in an in- office based worker and also improve on my sewing skills. The idea currently is not that I personally get too soaked into working but rather always be a ready-made substitute to curb disappointment. This can be achieved if I will have someone to work with under my instructions.
Yes, one can say that's another added expenses to our monthly payroll but it appears very compulsory as we speak. I need more time for myself. If we can be pulling out easier jobs without needed contract workers, we will in the process be saving both extra bucks and reducing extra work time.
To conclude, let me add, I am beginning to see an increase in our weekly workload. It is something very welcoming and I have to set the stage to accommodate the changes. I also have to mitigate too much leaving the company's wallet in the process. When what comes in equals what goes out, that's a big loss to us. If I can be of help, then, I should be of help.
