Hello all! Another week and it’s time again to do another #myhivegoals post, a series idea started by started by Hive account@jongolson. This also doubles as my weekly progress report for #saturdaysavers, which is a fun little group that tries to motivate everyone to save and reach their goals. I’m going to look at the progress I’ve made on my Hive goals, as well as give a few tokens I’m looking at right now. If you are here for the comment SBI giveaway, well, we’ll get to that too.

Let’s start with my Hive goals.

~ Hive & HBD ~

My current goal is 35k Hive.

Last week I made 175.7, bringing me to 22674.66 total Hive Power. That’s 64.8% of my goal!

Math time. 35k - 22674.66 gives us 12325.34. Divided out by the days till the first of next year, we get 35.7 Hive needed per day to reach 35k by that point.

Unfortunately my earnings were down last week from the 200+ I had the previous one. It comes out to about 25.1 last week, nearly 10 shy of where I need to be. Roughly 10 shy every day would be 300 shy per month. I wonder if I can figure out how to power-up 300 every month for HPUD.

On to the second layer…

~ BRO & PIMP ~

My overall goal here is 1000 BRO and 100k PIMP.

Last week I didn’t buy any BRO, but I earned 0.174 from my delegation, which puts me at 526.01 total or 52.6% of my goal. Slowly but surely.

I didn’t buy any PIMP either. The price did drop last week so I put in a few bids, but the bidding bots immediately swooped in above me. It’s hard to beat those things. Oh well. But I made 467.5 PIMP last week, putting me at 64586.7 — 64.6% of my goal.

~ Silver ~

No new silver this past week.

The silver market wasn’t too good. Look at this.

After hitting a low on Thursday, we seemed to start to recover a bit, but then right before the market closed on Friday it went down again. It seems like a lot of the bigger silver channels on YouTube think we are headed to sub-$20. I don’t know. What do you think?

The new Silver Maple Leaves with King Chuck seem to now be available.

Is that a good likeness of him? I don’t know. I mean I know the guy has a big nose, but this coin makes him his nose look more like Jimmy Durante level.

But anyway, I’ll be looking to get at least one.
