Hello all! Another week and it's time again to look at the progress I've made on #myhivegoals, an idea that I think was started by . I didn't have time to do this yesterday! So here we are, one day late. Let's look at things, as well as give a few tokens I'm looking at right now. If you are here for the comment SBI giveaway, well, we'll get to that too. I also want to give a brief preview of some of the posts I have coming this week, at least the ones I've already written and scheduled.

Let's start with my Hive goals.
~ Hive & HBD ~
My current goal is 25k Hive.
This past week I made 181.427, bringing me to 16,793.600 total Hive Power. That's 67.2% of my goal!
Let's see... 25k - 16,793.600 = 8206.40. On one hand, that number looks good. On the downward slope! But it comes out to around 51.3 hive per day if I want to reach my goal by Jan 1st. That number just keeps going up. It was 49 per day last week. That means I'm still not making enough per day to reach that goal. But it's not all bad. My post average is around the same as it's been since the start of the year, but what I get from curation has been slowly inching up, which is a positive. It's not enough to help me meet that Jan 1st deadline, but it's still a bright spot.
Meanwhile my HBD savings still lies mostly unused. I did put in a tiny 12.950 HDB, which will net me around .216 interest in a month, just to have something in there. It's hard to believe at one time I was at nearly 1800 HBD and getting close to 1 HBD per day in interest. I still think it was a good move to sell it all for Hive when Hive dropped to .25, but at the same time I do miss that HBD interest. I probably won't start adding to the stack again until Hive climbs above $1. At that point, I think it will make more sense to stack HBD than to convert it to Hive. I'm sure we all hope this flippening will happen soon, but who knows. The popular sentiment is that BTC will just keep moving sideways until the next halving next year, and Hive will probably stick pretty close to BTC, so we may have another several months to wait.
Speaking of the Halving. I found these graphs of the first three halvings. Make from them what you will.
It is estimated to happen towards the middle of April, by the way. See the BTC Halving Clock.

Moving on to tokens, there isn't too much going on right now. Bro, LGN, Pimp, etc: the regulars. One that recently popped up is the PRECIOUS token, introduced by in this post. So far it seems like this will be limited in use-cases to people in the #silvergoldstackers community, but if you like to play the market you might also want to pick some up. They could be fun, at any rate, and they support a great community.
I also saw that there was an airdrop last week based on DHEDGE holdings. If you found some DVS tokens in your wallet, that is where they came from. Evidently the post upvotes from Dhedge that we've all been enjoying will now be based on DVS holdings instead of DHEDGE holdings. So if you want to maintain or grow that upvote, DVS is the one you want to buy.

That's it for goals, progress on goals, and tokens that have caught my eye. Now let's look at a preview of my coming posts for the week ahead.
And.... I have fallen behind in my scheduling. Last week was super busy and I didn't have a chance to write much. You see, this is exactly why I try to work ahead, so I can still be publishing content even on days I don't have time to write. That busy-ness is also why this post is a day late. I didn't have time to do this yesterday, so I rejiggered my scheduled posts and ran with the photowalk post instead.
So I have no posts scheduled right now GASP. But I do have a few drafts written of what I want to do this week so we'll see what comes. Those drafts include a coin post, a haiku post, a You Should Laugh Today post, and a rambling exploration of the difference between hyper-activeness (The too much coffee feeling) and hyperawareness. I'm going to try to devote some time tonight after the kids to to bed to finishing a few of these drafts.
Speaking of coins, here are some coins I picked up last week. I shared the four coins I picked up in this post. Here they are again:
But I also picked up these guys as well:
Another ¥20 sen coin and a .999 copper replica of the standing liberty quarter. This is another of my favorite designs. This replica looks a little off to me, but oh well, still cool to have.

That stuff out of the way, let's do our SBI drawing! If you are new here, I give away 5 shares of SBI every week to commenters on this post. If I get under five commenters, I try to divide it up as best as possible, and if I get over five, I do a random drawing.
So how about this week? Let's see... last post we had comments from
and
I spun the wheel....
And looks like the winners are
Congratulations!
The HSBI love continues! Gimme a good comment here too and you might win next time!!

And forward we go! It was a strong week. Let's see how this coming one goes!
