Hmm...

This was something I honestly did not anticipate. The bot is hardcoded to refund any transaction below the minimum amount, 20 HIVE. -- You withdrew 20 HIVE from Binance, but you did not factor in the 0.1 HIVE withdrawal fee that they have for some reason, so the actual amount became 19.9 HIVE.

Since 19.9 < 20 HIVE -- the bot refunded the transaction. One caveat here though, it refunded it back to Binance's HIVE wallet...
