Bank of America (second biggest U.S. bank), McDonalds, Domino's Pizza (lowest cost chain), and Planet Fitness (lowest cost gym) all discovered the same thing independently: the U.S. consumer cannot afford ANY of their products. Planet Fitness messed up and let it slip on an earnings call ... and lost 31 percent of its value, instantly. We have maybe six weeks before similar effects begin to hit the U.S. markets as a whole unless something improves dramatically. Be advised in Germany, and in Europe at large: contagion is possible.
