I know this may sound strange, but there's nowhere in the world I could hear my mom's voice and not recognize it. I'm so familiar with her that I can even recognize her footsteps and the way she walks. I've spent so much time with her that I know everything about her from how she smells to the little habits that make her unique. Just like how we develop skills when we spend a lot of time on something, we all have unconscious habits that seem normal to us but are quite remarkable to others who aren't familiar with what we do.
I have a friend who sells clothes. No matter how well a fake product is packaged, he can always tell if it's fake just by holding it. I also know someone who works in a bank and can spot fake money just by looking at it, without even touching it. These people have spent so much time with their respective products that they've developed unconscious habits that allow them to recognize authenticity. I also follow a football analyst online who is so good at predicting when a team will score. He has watched so many matches that he has developed an unconscious habit of knowing when a team will score. These abilities aren't due to any superpowers they're just a result of how our brains are wired.
This can be a curse or a nightmare
We develop many unconscious habits when we spend time around people or products, but not all habits are good. Some of these unconscious habits can determine how we live our lives. Some people have been doing bad habits for so long that they no longer see them as bad habits. They don't even realize that they are doing them. A perfect example is snacking people don't realize that they are consuming a lot of calories when snacking. I know a woman who snacked a lot on cashew nuts and ended up in the hospital a few months later because it led to a kidney problem. That's when I learned that cashew nuts contain a lot of oxalate. Consuming cashew nuts is good, but when consumed excessively, it can be harmful. This woman did not know that consuming a lot of cashew nuts is not good for our health and is a bad habit.
Some people are unaware of their bad habits. They don't realize how detrimental their actions can be and how these habits can impact their lives. Many people attribute negative experiences to fate, but in reality, it is often a result of their unconscious negative behaviors. They may not see these behaviors as bad habits, and changing something that doesn't seem negative to them can be a challenge. Not everything our brain automates is beneficial, and not all unconscious actions are positive.
look at your life closely
We must closely examine our lives and identify the negative behaviors that we have become accustomed to or that we do without thinking. By making these behaviors conscious, we can understand that not all the tragedies we face are purely a matter of fate. Some of these tragedies are the result of our unconscious bad habits. We may mistakenly attribute these disasters to fate simply because we didn't realize that what we were doing was a harmful habit.
Thanks for your time.
