The Saturday Savers Club's first subscription savings plan!
The SPI subscription savings plan was launched fifteen days ago and applications to join closed on Friday 8 March 2024. This post sets out the allocations for each of the subscribers, how to pay the weekly subscription and the release dates for each round of SPI.
Subscribers
This was an exclusive SPI sale for people registered on the Savers Chart on the weekly Saturday Savers Club post. It is one of the benefits of being a member of the Club along with the chance to:
- have your savings posts picked for Saver of the Week and be sponsored for HSBI by other members of the Club.
- take part in challenges like HPUD and No Buy Months.
- win EDS tokens for taking part each week.
It is a mutual club where members support each other in their savings journey by commenting and voting, where you can, on other people's savings comments and posts. It is low-key, supportive and inclusive.

How to Pay Weekly Subscriptions
Please transfer weekly subscriptions to 
You will need to use the wallet in peakd.com to set up recurring transfers.
The first subscription is due by 18:00 UTC on Friday 15 March 2024.
When you transfer your first subscription, set up recurring payments for 40 transfers every 7 days (168 hours). The first one will transfer immediately.
Weekly transfers will be:
- 1.13 HIVE for 10 SPI
- 2.26 HIVE for 20 SPI
- 3.39 HIVE for 30 SPI

The weekly transfers will run for 40 weeks, with the last one due by 18:00 UTC on Friday 13 December 22024.
The transfers will be checked every Saturday and, providing transfers have taken place, SPIs will be released every fourth Sunday.
We are really looking forward to how the weekly subscriptions work using recurring transfers.
Defaulting Subscribers
Any subscriber who defaults may, after any paid-for SPI have been transferred, be excluded from the plan. Any remaining SPI from their allocation will be returned to the pool.
The aim of the pilot is to have a hassle-free subscription plan which can be used for other projects in the future. It is the responsibility of subscribers to ensure they can make their transfer every week.

SPI is a growth token which is now in its fifth year of operation. The fund is managed by 
The original fund value was 13,000 USD in 2019 and was valued at 177,175 USD on Sunday 3 March 2024. The fund is hard-capped at 94,000 tokens.
The fund has over thirty investment streams with 47% in HIVE, 10% in Hive-Engine tokens and 43% in off-Hive investments including BTC and ETH and non-crypto investments. The fund aims to grow by 20% this year.
