Anyways names Nicholas. Born and raised in Los Angeles, California. Hollywood is like home to me. I’ve been in the crypto-sphere since euuhhhhhhh I don’t know, Bitcoin was like $300 and ETH a solid $15.
At the time I was like 20-ish? (26 now). I was studying stocks and dipping my toes into the insane markets of leveraged fiat.
Am I still kicking my ass for thinking Bitcoin was a stock and not realizing I couldn’t buy an itty-bitty chunk? Yes.
Is it a pretty cool cocktail fun fact that I can say I have a brokerage for my FX in Bulgaria and the profits I’ve made in the forex market was basically me beating some Wall Street dude? Absolutely
Aside from that, the world of finance absolutely blows my mind. Financial engineering is 49% of my passion, 51% is mental health.
I grew up in a toxic household. Honestly speaking at the moment I’m “between homes” but I’m keeping my head up and trying to remember I’ll be okay and this is just temporary. (The COVID lockdowns led to this nonsense but that’s another story)
I’m actually writing a book about what I’ve been through and what I’m going through. That way people who are going through the same stuff, have some idea of how to cope and deal with the stressor. For instance I really wish I’d known about stoicism a LONG time ago but it is what it is.
Anyways, Binance posted an article before they stopped accepting US clients a few years ago so I’ve got that lovely famous Binance merch. At one point Vitalik Buterin and CZ followed my Instagram. I am not kidding it was absolutely insane, back when I was super active on social media. I gain nothing from lying about this it’s just so damn cool
