Agreed, you can't really use technical analysis to predict the reaction to watershed events. It seems likely some pretty sizable stimulus will pass. But keep in mind the old adage: buy the rumor, sell the news. Only way I'd bet on this is maybe a small position in SPY options at 295 or 300 expiring in a month.
