I've been contemplating whether to bother with solar, but when you only own the apartment and not the building, it's not that easy. Plus my country needs to grow in this regard as legislation and rules need tweaking.

As I see for you it's not exactly like a winning lottery ticket either. All I know is you have to know the numbers and be sure if it worth it.
