I have been a Hive member since 2017 and it was still called Steem. I have bought some, I have earned most and sold Steem for Hive in the end.
Now I have reached a number that I think of as quite meaningful but is leaving a sour aftertaste.
20000 HIVE
Hive seems stuck where it is with no signs of moving in what is looking to be a bull market.
During my time on Steem joined a small community on Hive called Steemleo aka @Leofinance
And there like with most 2nd layer coins, I sold some but held on to most of it due to my affinity with the finance and crypto topic. I even bought some of the miners and took part as an LP and will do so again.
I own 7417.08 LEO and the funny thing is that the value of this altcoin is starting to take over the value of my "main" hive part
The value is currently 54% of the Hive value but with a lot less tokens.
Moral of the story:
Do not sell everything of all the drops you get but save some for the potential diamond in the coal mine. And be happy you found people on the chain that share your passion.
