Central de Reservas adds bitcoin as payment for its more than 2 million accommodations, the Spain-based accommodation booking service partnered with the Criptan platform to begin accepting bitcoins as a means of payment.
In a press release the Spain-based company reported that payments for bookings in BTC were enabled for all customers of the service. For this, they rely on the Criptan platform, whose operations are registered by the Bank of Spain (BDE).
The company's website confirms the integration of BTC to the service, as the bitcoin logo appears in the middle of the different payment methods accepted by Centraldereservas.com.
This kind of actions are a great step that favors the mass adoption of Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies.
