La noche vieja mientras arreglábamos la mesa para la cena, mi madre y yo conversábamos, recordamos que en 2019 por problemas económicos tuvimos que cerrar el negocio familiar, un negocio en el que ella y mi padre estuvieron trabajando por más de 23 años, en el momento que tomamos la decisión el apego se hizo presente y fueron meses de hablar y hablar, recordábamos siempre todo lo que nos había dado aquel negocio, pues tanto mi hermano como yo habíamos podido estudiar en colegios y universidades privadas gracias a lo que el generaba, pero lamentablemente la economía del país ya no lo hacía rentable, pues en ocasiones teníamos que sacar dinero de otras inversiones para cubrir los gastos del mismo y poder mantenerlo a flote. Sus palabras fueron, ¡Lo mejor que pudimos hacer, fue cerrar el negocio! Y es que, gracias a ello pudimos todos en casa hacer nuestras propias inversiones y emprendimientos y resurgir financieramente hablando, mi madre culmino la conversación afirmando ¡Después de todo este 2020, nos fue muy bien!
Entonces, basado en lo que pudimos lograr en este tan odiado por muchos 2020, he replanteado las opciones para este nuevo año, retomar algunos emprendimientos e incluir otros más, porque si algo me quedo claro es que siempre debemos plantearnos metas y trabajar en pro de cumplirlas, pues el universo en efecto conspira para que obtengamos lo que deseamos, pero si no lo ayudamos, simplemente solo se quedaran en deseos. A principios del 2020 conversaba con una de mis mejores amigas y ella me animo a emular su negocio de fabricación y venta de helados de yogurt, de hecho, ella me ayudo a perfeccionar la preparación del yogurt y es algo que le agradezco inmensamente, pues actualmente me queda perfecto. En poco tiempo mis helados eran conocidos en toda la zona y por la llegada de la pandemia y posterior cuarentena decidí dejar de hacerlos para la venta, sin embargo, continúa siendo un proyecto en desarrollo.

He estado ahorrando un dinero para hacer la inversión en materia prima y algunos implementos de cocina que necesito para ello, gracias a los dioses de la criptografía el BTC se ha impulsado muy bien estas últimas semanas y es posible que este proyecto esté en marcha antes que termine el primer trimestre del año.
