Cuando las empresas nos contratan para formaciones, capacitaciones o entrenamientos, siempre terminan siendo espacios de enriquecimiento mutuo, porque nos permiten hacer nuevas amistades, nos acercan a filosofías institucionales que colaboran en la tan anhelada transformación del país.
En una primera parte logramos crear un ambiente de distensión y camaradería que nos llevó a reflexionar juntos sobre la amistad, el trabajo en equipo y la atención al cliente.
Luego, mediante actividades lúdicas, consolidamos el eje formativo-temático para que cada uno de los participantes pudiese entender su rol dentro de la propuesta de crecimiento que la empresa adelanta.
Al finalizar el ambiente fue propicio para agasajar a los presentes por su entrega y disposición, donde se destacó la comunicación como la vía más expedita para fortalecer y corregir las debilidades o circunstancias que pudiesen presentar en la cotidianidad.
