I'm definitely getting old(er)... My eyelids are closing over my eyes, bed is calling me while I'm expected to show up at a party which may or may not start later today (or tomorrow, in other time zones).
While I believe the launch party itself is important, and if everything works out without a glitch will make a great impression and will entice immediate action, I find equally important, if not more, the recording or recordings, if it's split in more videos.
That's because recordings can be digested at a later time, re-run if necessary, and action is taken or not after everything becomes clear.
The live launch party and its recording may address two different categories of audience (besides the obvious target: the audience which missed the live party).
At the live party, many of the early adopters who want to take action immediately will be.
Recordings will also be viewed by those who need to dissect information more in-depth before taking a decision. Either because they didn't understand things the first time, or because they need more time for the information to sink in and reviewing portions of the launch party where key elements are presented will eventually make them take a decision.
For those who never set foot on BSC, for those who never used defi before, I know much of the talk seems a different language. Because it is.
It is great Khal thought of this category of mostly Hive users and put together extensive documentation. It will be needed.
And now, please allow an "old man" in his forties to go to bed. Have fun at the party, if it's still today! And make sure you press record! :P
