The curation apr, will depends of the HP we have. We will try a 8 or 9% curation apr

We won't alocate 10% of our hp to other project, we gonna alocate up to 50% of our HP to other project in order to generate "massive" revenue for the project and be able to pay some good dividends in the future
(this is how we will split our gained HP : 10% of the HP are powered down, 50% delegated, 40% keep to get more curation rewards)
The 40% of hp we kepp will increase the overall EARN payout since Hive account@earn.vote won't get any earn token
