It seems like a great idea but I certainly don't have the kind of money you are asking for and I have a suspicion that the Hive Development Fund is looking for people more established on Hive. Then again, I'm a nobody on here so please don't quite me on that.

There have been posts from various bigger fish on Hive about how to make MicroLoans a reality but honestly I think the Hive Ecosystem would work better as a stock market than a bank.

Are you OK if I use your post as the basic of a post I'd like to write on REIT's, STOCKS, PREFERRED Shares, and HIVE.... how to take the blockchain to real world projects?

My thoughts may be totally worthless or unrealistic but I'd love to present it.. provided I get at least one set of eyes (yours) on what would likely be a very lengthy, likely multi part, post.
