So, will discuss about everything you need to know about InLeo ahead in this. First starting with why a rebrand.
Why a Rebrand?
Leofinance was previously a frontend where it was focused on finance related content and stuff only but later after threads it focused shifted from "finance" to "everything" where you can discuss about anything and any topic.
It's name leofinance was still confusing people with posting threads need to be finance related or not, content should be finance related only or not?
And this was the obstacle in marketing to web 2.0 masses. So, after this rebrand we now have a new name "InLeo" where you can discuss, create content about anything or any topic and also will be curated for all kind of topic.
What's New in The Leo?
After this rebrand a couple of changes you need to know are firstly a new URL: InLeo.io is the present main domain.
On UI we have couple of pretty changes after this rebrand.
2. Color theme
Now we've new color combination of red and orange which makes it look stunning on dark mode especially as majority of us always use dark mode and also looking good on light one.
For me this combination is favorite one and last one mean previously it was yellow+orange.
A New Logo
With this rebrand we also have a new Logo a lot more different than previous but also looks quite a bit like brave browser.
As you can see the logo in the meme, Incase you've missed the rebranding completely I expect this kinda response from those who gonna visit leo first time after Rebrand.
Ads inLeo Coming
I had joined the launch party and it was fun we had a chance to ask multiple question and from that I found out Leo ads will go live from tomorrow.
Smart contract will also go live from tomorrow as far I've heard correctly and it's a big thing in my opinion since we all have been waiting for it and ad revenue gonna make things a lot more better in the ecosystem.
InLeo - The Everything App
Inleo has become an everything app where you can post in any community on hive, where you can create long form content and short form threads aka microblogging as well as live threadcasting.
It's been a long run and yet this everything app isn't even in beta phase, still in developing mode and we'll soon have leoshorts where we will also be able to post videos and more such things planned by team.
So, Upcoming time will be as exciting as now and we're definitely going to see increase in adoption.
