I joined Crew3 quest on 15th February 2023 after powering up my Leo for the #LPUD. My referral 
That was why I tried to make up my Leo power 2klp. Asked him for the link and he sent it to me. I joined the discord and the crew3 quest. At first i was not on the right page, when i told him what i was seeing, it was different from what they were doing. He sent another link to me which led me to the right page. I was happy to participate in that learning program.
My personal experience in Crew3 quest
If not for the Crew3 quest, i never know that what LeoFinace has for us this 2023 was that huge. There is big different in reading something and practicing something. But this time being part of it. I was able to link my Twitter account to Crew3 quests and to LeoFinace for the first time.
It oped a way for me to communicate with so many community Admins, Moderators and whales too. I remembered checking over 80 of us that participated in the quest page to read their latest post. It gave me opportunity to engage more on post and on threads too. It was a nice place to be. This first part ended on March 1st, i am getting ready for the bigger campaign from 15th march 2023 .
What I think about LEO quests on Crew3?
LEO quests on Crew3 is a good project. This quests on Crew3 brought to Hive what hive needed most. Which is engagement. before the quests, we had 500 active users on #threads but by the end of the quests,we had 1,000 according to the last update by 
Do you have any suggested quests for LEO Crew3?
During the quests, LeoFinace collaborated with so many Communities and we were asked to welcome them on #threads and to read their announcement post. I read all and welcomed all of them to threads. In that case, I suggested that, all this community should make weekly post about #threads to remind their community members the need to share their link on threads, to chatt on threads and to remind them the benefit of doing so which is earning crypto too.
I also suggested that LeoFinace allow those who have 500LP to join the LEO Crew3 quests and make sure to have 1k before the end of the quests to qualify for the prize. With this many will speed up their Leo power and becoming Lion on LeoFinace will be easy too. In fact, am believing that LEO Crew3 quests will bring in more lions which i will be one of them soon.
Sprint Quests distribute 10k LEO + 100k Leo Power. Is it sufficient, too much or too low?
To me it is not too much nor too low. You know in normal community contest, winners is 1st-3rd but this LEO quests Crew3 is 1-15. That is massive. I was shocked when i saw it , how they distributed the price. I now know that, they have our interest at heart. It was a good price to all the winners.
How to adapt the Crew3 of LeoFinance to Alpha LEO User Interfaces
I think it should be open to everyone not by personal invite. From my experience, i discovered that many people have more than 1klp which is the requirement to join LEO Crew3 quests but no one invited them. So if it was open on LeoFinace Alpha, they would have join and bring others too. Instead of using discord alone to join, let them bring it to Alpha LEO user interfaces.
Again a day can set aside for LEO Crew3 quests day, inviting people to join or anything the dev think is better to do that day to bring anyone together just like LEO power up day.
Compare LEO Quests on Crew3 with another project.
One of the project on LeoFinace that i wanted to join was squries. One need to be a cub to be part of it with 5klp. It was interested and many participated too. But i will say that LEO Crew3 quests doubled what squires did. Squires created awareness about threads but LEO Crew3 quests brought communities to thread.
During squires, the awareness was done by the Ambassadors just few of them but in LEO Crew3 quests many people did the work. In most of the quests, we were asked to go to a community find out quality post, share it on threads, say something about the post and tag the author. Then go back, comment on the post and tell the author that the post has been shared on threads and then drop the link of the threads under the comment section.
Almost all that i did that on their post, commented on threads because I will encourage them to comment on threads and i will tell them how to use threads. And that was what 84 of us were doing. Imagine 84 person's invited 84 person's each day. Now you see why their was much increase on threads till today.
I remembered that before now, i will reply on all the threads in the morning and in the evening, but now i can't reply all because is much and that was our goal. So LEO Crew3 quests have done marvelous in marketing, in recruiting and in engagement which is the social aspect of it.
Why the LEO Quests are beneficial
marketing:The team did a lot of marketing to bring more people to the LEO Crew3 quests. The participants also did marketing to invite their friends to join LEO Crew3 quest. Yes many who later joined did so because someone marketed them by explaining to them why they should join and the benefit.
RecruitingOne of the quests asked us to invite friends and help them to do the first quests. That is recruitment. Marketing and recruiting goes together. Now, in recruiting, we are no longer thinking about only hive users, we are thinking outside the box. Yes if you must succeed in everything you are doing call business, you need to recruit new people all the time.
EngagementLEO Crew3 quest brought a lot of engagement on hive blockchain. It helped everyone to widen out. Not just community you know but the ones you don't know. I was able to subscribe to 5 new communities because quests lead me to those community.
My suggestions for developer team to maximize the efficacy of the project
Easy login: Please let there be a way to login to the new UI direct without going to use hive keychain for those who are using mobile phone. It will be easy for them to use it more efficiently than using hive keychain.
*Feedback: Many participants of last Crew3 quest wrote their personal challenges and that of others. I plead that the team look into those complain and make it more easy for everyone.
Challenges/difficulty: In just concluded quests, there are some quests that we could not answer. The dev should also look at it and make it more easier for everyone. It should not be too difficult to answer. This time there will be a lot of newbies joining us so it should be something they can follow. Aside from engagement, we also need more lions through LEO Crew3 quests.
