Worrying about money is like a vacuum that sucks us in when we're feeling stressed or anxious about not having enough money. We all go into this trance state where we focus on the lack of money instead of what's going right for us.
In other words, we start dwelling on things that aren't working in our lives rather than focusing on what we have. The more we dwell on it, the worse off we feel and then we make bad decisions out of desperation to get more money which only makes matters worse.

Once you realize that every single person on this planet has some sort of financial problem and there are plenty of wealthy people who are still broke as hell, it becomes easier to accept that no one escapes a few money problems here and there.
It doesn't matter how much money they have or doesn't have because at some point everyone have their issues. That means you need to find a way to come up with a solution that works for your unique situation. You also have to focus on solutions that work for you without comparing yourself to others.
For example, I've seen many people who live paycheck to paycheck even though their income is decent. It may seem like they should be able to save money but if their lifestyle continues then they'll never catch up and the stress will continue until something breaks.
They could change everything overnight by cutting back on cable television, eating out less, spending less on entertainment, buying used cars instead of new ones, etc., but this would require an emotional shift that most people just can't do. In other words, they want instant results without doing any work. This is why so many people are trapped in the money trap, they refuse to make sacrifices for long-term gain.
I've heard many people say that they don't have time to do anything else besides work and sleep. However, hundreds of people make $60k per year who also have side hustles and make an extra $10k or more per year. Some people work full-time jobs while taking online classes to earn additional degrees or certifications.
And other people who volunteer at charities so they can improve their skills and help others. People run successful businesses from their homes bring in thousands of dollars each month. Some have built passive income streams that produce over $100,000 per year. A lot of people have created multiple passive income streams that produce over $1 million annually.
What they all share are the following characteristics:
They take action. No matter how small or big the actions are, they get started and keep moving forward. They learn from their mistakes and adjust courses quickly when necessary.
They develop good habits that support them financially. For example, some people want to save more money but struggle to do so. Once they realize that they must buy fewer lattes and eat out less, they find a way to do it despite their desire for instant gratification.
They stay motivated. If they give up on their goals, they pick themselves back up and try again with renewed vigor.
They visualize success. When they set a goal, they imagine themselves achieving it. If they see themselves living in poverty, they think about how nice their future life will be once they reach financial freedom.
They believe in themselves. They trust that they are capable of creating wealth regardless of their past experiences or current situations.
Getting out
So how do you get out of your money worries? Well, first of all, you have to realize that there's nothing wrong with you. You didn't fail to achieve your financial goals because you're lazy, stupid, or incompetent.
Instead, you failed because you were overwhelmed, unsure, and uncertain.
Most people don't know what to do to solve their money problems. So they default to the status quo and keep doing what they've always done. And since they don't know what to do, they end up doing nothing.
To get out of your money worries, you must:
Take responsibility for your situation. Accept that you are responsible for what happens to you. You don't blame others for your failures and you don't expect someone else to fix your problems.
Become aware of your emotions and acknowledge them. Stop wasting your precious energy on negative thoughts and feelings. Instead, focus on what you can control.
Focus on solutions. Rather than focusing on the problems, focus on what you can do to improve your situation.
Get help when you need it. Don't try to go it alone.
Don't compare yourself to others. Focus on improving your situation instead of worrying about what others are doing.
Be patient. It takes time to make changes and see results.
Accept your life circumstances right now. Make peace with where you are financially and mentally. Then ask yourself, "How can I be happy and free while I'm here?"
The key to getting out of yy money worries is to stop thinking and start acting. It's not enough to want to be better off financially. You have to actually take action to make that happen.
Once you do this, you'll begin to understand how to create a new reality that works for you. You won't feel trapped anymore. Instead, you'll realize that you have the power to change your life and your finances.
