Have you sent your Leo tokens to Metasmask and you cannot see them??
Does your Metamask wallet show zero balance and transactions even after you have sent your Leo on it??
If you have answered yes to one or all of the questions above, then this post is for you.
I have read very many posts and comments about how people here are frustrated with Metamask as they try to participate in this Cub Finance Defi craze.
We all know that Cubdefi which is a side project of Leo Finance officially launched yesterday.
Many people apped in the craze and some have already made some gains with the crazy APR percentages which are expected to decrease after the Cub claim drop.
I have read countless stories of people who have lost their Leo along the way due to some technical reasons, the biggest problem though has been on how to use Metamask.
In this post, I am going to talk about Trust Wallet, which is the Binance official wallet.
Trust wallet is a phone App which can accessed both by iPhone and Android users and it has many capabilities like staking, inbuilt Binance dex and swapping features.
Let us go into the steps of how to transfer Leo as bLeo to Trust Wallet.
1.Wrap LEO into bLEO
You first have to wrap Leo into bLeo by visiting the wleo.io/bsc website
This is how the interface looks like
2. Copy Your Binance Smart Chain Address from Trust wallet and enter it in that field above.
You go to your Trust wallet and search for Binance Smart Chain Address, the token is denominated us "Smart Chain" then add or enable it as shown below.
You then click on "copy" or "receive" to copy the smart chain address we need to send our Bleo
3. Enter Your Binance Smart Chain (BSC) Wallet Address
You now enter your copied address from Trust wallet.
4. Enter the Amount of LEO to Wrap Into bLEO
You now enter the amount of Leo you want to wrap into Bleo
This can be any number as you choose.
I did send 25 Leo earier, but I will send more 11 now purposely for this tutorial.
Out of the 11,10 arrived to my wallet address, as 1 was used as fees.
5. Enter Your Hive Username
You will then be asked to enter your Hive username where your Leo is stored
6. Confirm the Transaction Via Hive Signer
After you have entered your username, you will have to confirm this transaction using Hivesinger as you can see below.
You will get another prompt that will require your Hivesinger password to finalize the transaction.
7. Check Your bLeo on your Trust wallet.
Your wrapped bLeo will be in your Trust wallet in a matter of a few seconds as shown below.
Remember I sent 25 Leo earlier and for this tutorial I sent 11(10 arrived), see image below.
You can now access the cubdefi.com platform on the Dapps section of Trust wallet as shown below.
You just type cudefi.com on the Trust wallet Dapp browser
As you can see from the image above, the default blockchain network is Ethereum, so we have to change that to Binance Smart Chain.
We do that by clicking on those 3 dots on the top right corner where it is circled in red.
A drop down menu will popup will the different blockchains, choose Binance smart chain as below
8. Connect Your wallet.
You now have smart chain set up, but the next step is to connect your wallet which in this case is Trust wallet.
You obviously click on "connect" on the top right corner and many options will pop up, choose Trust wallet
Boom after choosing Trust wallet as your wallet, your bLeo or Bnb or any other Bep20 assets will now show.
In this image, I selected my 34 bLeo.
Ladies and gentlemen,we have now successfully transferred our Leo from Hive to Binance smart chain using Trust wallet.
You can now do anything with Cubdefi since your trust wallet is connected , you can swap, farm or participate in dens by just scrolling through the cubdefi website.
You can access the Cubdefi features like exchange, adding liquidity, farms, dens etc by clicking on the cubdefi menu which is on the top left hand side.
Happy yield farming folks, if you liked this article upvote and share to others who might be stuck.
