Growth has been one of the fundamental forces in everything we do. If you're not improving or your growth stagnant then it's totally your fault because you have failed to realize the benefits of growth.
This past few months I have really had a reality check when it comes to my X growth, and if someone told me a few months part then in April that I will have the number of followers I have on X, I'd just laughed because I wasn't really interested in X from the beginning, my mindset the was why burn data doing nothing there, what am I posting on X that I can't check on Facebook. That was the mindset then and let's just say I was the one hindrance myself from growing before I felt I had nothing to offer back then.
One of my most thrilling things I encountered around November was the Zealy Marketing Campaign, it was one of the best decisions to join because that's how my Twitter account came into existence. You can see here that my account is just two and a half months old and imagine I have made 100 followers. And there are a lot of X or Twitter users who have stayed for years yet they don't have more than 10 users.
I found that a great deal of participation and engagement brings people to your account. I have met so many friendly people from X. I have listened to mentors, great outspoken men and women on podcasts who have broadened my narrow mindset when it comes to engagement. Let's just say it wasn't only my Twitter account that was growing, my knowledge was growing too, meeting so many people with different ideas, sharing my ideas with them, engaging on their comments, making sure to be polite whether I'm agreeing with them or disagreeing with their own opinions, and I found out of engagement is GOLD. You can never know a person, still you have to talk, interact with them to a certain level where they open up to you on different aspects of life.
I really had a bad habit of not engaging, one because I was scared of being embarrassed, misunderstood, and stuttering, I always wanted to wait till someone talks to me before I try to communicate back which is very wrong, and that is one of those things I have been able to conquer this during this few months. One thing I feared the most was public speaking, oh how I dislike having so much attention on me is beyond me sometimes, but guess what I was able to talk in a live podcast, which was addressing cryptocurrency, and everybody listened to me talk, ask questions and so on. To many people this is no big deal but for me it is because I struggle a lot when it comes to addressing a lot of people publicly.
My huge participation so far is all thanks to the efforts by the Zealy ambassadors, the INLEO big dogs. They have actually switch my thinking into something new and right now I can confidently say next year with my plans all set, I'm really to invest my time and energy in developing more in X, INLEO and even Zealy, it won't be bad if I became a Twitter influencer because of the traffic I can pull from one post. That will be really help me focus and work hard too.
